THE TWO ORCHARDS

The project consists of a construction of four, 4 storey’s high phased RC frame buildings with, basement RC car park. The construction involved Bulk excavation, driven precast pilling, RC and mass concrete foundations, Drainage, RC & Gabion retaining walls, kingpost walls, the buildings designed to have flat slab construction.

External works package including sports pitches and section 278 highway works.
